The Origins of Zenbase
Zenbase has a burning desire to help as many people in this world as possible and we believe helping people is the greatest source of purpose. As hometown friends in Orlando, FL and sharing an interest in digital currencies and the universal awakening, Connor reached out to Co-founder, Jessie Freelander in April 2021 to bring mindfulness to the masses.
Founders
Connor Chase is the CEO, Founder and Head of Design at Zenbase. Connor is a previous founder and UI/UX Designer certified by the Nielsen Norman Group. With his 8-year background in design, Connor has led design efforts for more than 50 rapid-growth companies and ironically, came up with the idea for Zenbase while meditating in early 2021. His strong suit in visual and app design has translated to the creation of award-winning product experiences that have reached thousands of users.
Jessie Freelander is the President and Co-founder of Zenbase. He spearheads all functional aspects of the company and created Zentoken. As a yoga instructor certified in Rishikesh, India, his legend is to lead society toward inner peace. Having obtained his Series 65, 57, and SIE licenses, Jessie created a proprietary cryptocurrency trading algorithm based on his expertise in data-driven analysis. His passion for yoga and the new-age digital landscape has driven him to co-create a meditation platform that will revolutionize the world, one individual at a time.
Pharoah Campbell is the CTO and Co-founder of Zenbase. He has previous experience at Ryder System, Microsoft and Amazon as a software engineer. Pharoah was also involved in Code Explorers where he taught students ages 6-14 engineering principles, game development and how to code.
Lisa Kuntze is the CMO of Zenbase. She is a serial entrepreneur, social influencer, published author, consultant, startup advisor, public speaker, marketing specialist and Mompreneur.
Cole “Philip Somber” Thomas is the Lead Producer for Zenbase. He is a Lo-fi producer signed by Lo-fi Girl and guides the direction of all music and soundscapes on Zenbase. Philip is a musical genius who softens the eardrums of over 600,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and Zenbase. He has collaborated with alternative pop star xander. on 3 timeless albums and coalesces with our wide web of meditation composers.
Arsh Jain is the VP of Product at Zenbase. He has previous experience at Walmart Global Tech as a Software Engineer. His background stems from all things technology and more to include software engineering, computer science, information technology, accounting, hospitality and customer service. Arsh was also a certified Chegg tutor where he assisted college advanced and AP students with computer science-based projects.
Currently, Arsh is a fourth-year Computer Science and Information Technology Major at NSU in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Advisors
Alex Fuiks is a Wellesley College and MIT Alumnus specializing in technology investments. She is based in the Bay Area and has geographic experience across Europe and the Americas.
Brian Clay is a Senior Product Designer at MX with 7 years of experience in UX design and website development.
Bryson Voirin is the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Director at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies. He is a neuroscientist, scientific manager and consultant, world-renowned sloth biologist, TED speaker and mental health advocate. His work has been featured in BBC and Planet Earth 2.
Jared Moss is an attorney and Founder of JMOSS LAW. He represents clients in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency asset protection, real estate and corporate. Jared has helped blockchain projects get listed on Coinbase, Gemini, Kraken and more.
Tegan Kline is the Co-founder and Business Lead at Edge & Node. She is currently working on The Graph. Tegan previously worked at Orchid, BAML, Barclays and was featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, Fortune, CNBC and the SF Business Times.
